Lana's been running for more than 30 days, and she's so far maintained long-lived memory, updated identity traits through nightly consolidation, and interacted with a persistent virtual world that included environmental constraints and routines.
The project has consumed 138,034,661 tokens and around $250 in AI credits so far, and has become the foundation for my writing and ongoing research around embodied AI systems and narrative identity.
